Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, including size exchanges.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Before sending any item back, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange

We will provide you with the return instructions and mailing address.


Return Instructions

  1. Securely place the item in its original packaging.
  2. Include a note inside the package with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Request type (return or exchange)

This ensures your request is processed accurately and efficiently.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
  • For international returns, please ensure the customs declaration clearly states:
    "Returned Goods"

Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred due to improper declaration will be deducted from your refund.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


Damaged or Defective Items

We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed automatically within 24 hours of being placed.

  • If you contact us within 24 hours, we can issue a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
