20. E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

LANLY Cashmere E-Gift Cards:

  • Redeemable exclusively at lanlycashmere.com

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Cannot be resold or transferred for value

  • Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards

If an item purchased with a Gift Card is returned, refunds will be issued back to the original Gift Card balance.

LANLY Cashmere is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen gift cards

  • Unauthorized use

  • Technical delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses

E-Gift Cards:

  • Minimum value: $50

  • Maximum value: $500

  • Valid for 12 months from issue date

  • Usable multiple times until balance reaches $0

Klarna cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

Risk transfers upon electronic delivery. Gift Cards remain property of LANLY Cashmere until redeemed.

If any conflict exists between these Gift Card Terms and general Terms, the Gift Card Terms prevail.
